The Book Vault

Browse hundreds of classics, childrens books, novels, cook books, nature books, non-fiction books, and more here at the Book Vault.  Not only do you get to browse books, you get to step inside one of the building's three bank vaults.

Part of the Book Vault is actually in an authentic bank vault.  The vault served the Newberry State Bank until they relocated in the mid 1960's. 
The Vault

The Book Vault and adjacent room are filled with a great selection of literature.  The vault is filled with the fiction section of our second-hand bookstore. 

Books, videos and educational materials are available, as a well as high-speed internet access.  Customers may bring their laptops in to check their email while traveling. 

We plan to develop a coffee and hot tea bar soon.  Community members are also welcome to have meetings here in the building.
